Return Policy

Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

If you have recieved a defective or damaged DVD or merchandise, we will happily send you a replacement upon return of original merchandise. Please contact us at dirtthemovie@gmail.com for assistance.

Cancellations are accepted for refund in full before the order has shipped. If the item has shipped prior to cancellation, purchaser can return item unopened and a refund will be issued in the same form as it was paid less shipping costs. Refunds cannot be issued past 120 days.

All other returns are subject to approval on a case by case basis. Please contact dirtthemovie@gmail.com with any questions or concerns.

Unfortunatley, orders are not being accepted from the Carribean at this time.
